River Misbourne Walk – 15th February

Despite very cold and wet weather, 25 people turned up for a walk along the Misbourne.

Allen Beechy had lots of interesting information to impart, about the rarity and nature of chalk streams, the history of the Chiltern Chalk Streams project, the plants and animals that live in the Misbourne, and the threats faced by this precious habitat.

Climate Fresk online workshop – 7th February

Climate Fresk is a facilitated interactive workshop. In just three hours, it will help you understand the implications of the IPCC report. Using 42 cards, collaborate to work out cause and effect, leading to a renewed sense of purpose and a personal plan of action.

Wild Amersham Walk – 19th January

Come with us on a winter nature walk up an old drover’s route and visit Shardeloes Lake. We’ll also be getting coffee/lunch after in a local cafe and you’re welcome to join!
