In February we joined the climate coalition Show The Love campaign in February to let our decision makers know that Amersham cares about the climate emergency.
We were at the market and the Lifestyle centre giving out crafted green hearts and postcards for anyone to fill out and wear. We had the pleasure of a visit by Sarah Green (MP) and took the opportunity to hand over our a reminder of the mandate we are affirming for the fight against climate change.
The team at Sustainable Amersham also visited high street businesses and encouraged them to participate and help raise awareness by displaying a green heart in their shop front for all to see. The turn out was amazing with most shops being happy to display the green heart on their window.
