Students from Amersham School, Dr Challoner’s High School and Dr Challoner’s Grammar School (DCGS) are taking over this year’s Climate Action Day on Saturday 23rd March (10 am – 1pm).
Co-ordinated by Amersham Town Council, details are being finalised but will include a clothes swap and fashion show, plus displays from each school highlighting specific environmental issues.
The event is lead by local students, and the focus on Sustainable Fashion will give information on the impact of fast fashion and ideas on how to make our fashion choices count.
Sustainable Amersham will support Amersham school in their display focusing on plastics.
